Chinese Snow Peas

Ingredients

    3.5 cups of fresh or frozen snow peas
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove of garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

In a large non-stick skillet, saute minced garlic in oil on low heat. Add snow peas and cook til tender crisp. Add soy sauce and toss around in skillet for about a minute or two.
