Artichoke Hummus

Ingredients

    13 oz can Artichoke Hearts in water, rinsed and drained
    1 15 oz can Garbanzo Beans, low sodium, rinsed and drained
    2 TBSP Tahini
    2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
    1 TBSP minced garlic
    1 TBSP Olive oil
    1/2 tsp. Cumin
    1/4 tsp. Paprika
    1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
    1 Cup chopped Basil

Directions

Combine al the ingredients, except the basil, in a food processor. Pluse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in basil. Season to taste. Makes 2 cups

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/4 cup servings
