Grainless Granola

Ingredients

    1 cup each of:
    raw, unsalted almonds
    unsweetened coconut flakes
    unsalted sunflower seeds
    flax seeds

    grind up in food processor, add cinnamon and eat 1/2 cup with your choice of beverage or yogurt.

Directions

No cooking, just grind in food processor and eat. Store in airtight container.

Serving Size: Eat 1/2 cup with choice of beverage or yogurt
