Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 1 lb
    *Rice- Minute 10 minute Brown Rice, 4 serving
    *Archer Farms Asparagus Stir Fry, 6 serving
    *Black Bean Garlic Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Sauce - VH Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce, 0.13 cup
    *Soy Sauce - TJ's Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce - 1 Tablespoon - Product of Japan, 1 tbsp

Directions

Heat up 1 T coconut oil in large wok

slice flank steak into quarter inch strips

put meat into pan w/ 2 T black bean garlic sauce

Microwave steamable bags of aspargus stir fry

Once meat is cooked add in steamed veggies with 1 T orange ginger stir fry sauce

Add in cooked brown rice and store in large Tupperware container

Serving Size: Makes 6 heaping cups
