EASY Turkey & Chicken Meatloaf (or Meatballs)
Submitted by: DARIA1134Introduction
A quick and EASY lowfat meatloaf that's super tasty! A quick and EASY lowfat meatloaf that's super tasty!Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
1 lb ground turkey
1 lb ground chicken
3 eggs
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 medium onion (or 1/4 cup dried onions)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mix some oregano, basil, thyme, whatever you like)
non-stick spray
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350*F.
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl (it's best if you use your hands).
If you're making meatloaf, put in a large loaf pan that's been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for about a hour.
If you're making meatballs, roll in your hands a small bit (about 1 oz.) into balls and place on a sprayed cookie sheet.
Place about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 20 minutes.
You can make large amounts of these at a time and freeze them on the baking pan (so they don't freeze together in a big clump).
Then once they're frozen just put them in a freezer bag and reheat only as many as you need!
