2 lb bag Oreida hash browns
16 oz Sour Cream
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 chopped onion (optional)
Potato chips, crumbled (optional)
2. Mix sour cream, cheese, butter and onions together.
3. Stir in potatoes until thoroughly mixed.
4. Crumble potato chips on top
5. Bake for 1 hour at 375°F in a 9x13 glass pan.
Serving Size: Makes 12 or more servings
