Chicken Tomatillo Black Bean Spinach pita

Serve with harvest grain rice or stuff in a pita or other sandwich bread.Cook up/shred chicken I used 3 breasts
1 15 oz ish can of black beans rinsed
2-3 tomatillos diced
Put as much spinach is as you want I do 50/50
I spread cream cheese on one inside of pitabread and sauteed a little garlic in butter and mixed with Zoi nonfat plain yogurt on other side.
*Other option is to serve as a side with Harvest rice cooked in chicken boullion (2 cups dry) and served with a side of broccoli. I did not put in spinach to this dish. Serve with harvest grain rice or stuff in a pita or other sandwich bread.
