    Lean Chicken Breast
    Whole Wheat Flour, Kroger
    Mrs. Dash, Original, Seasoning
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

I filled the skillet with chicken and froze what I didn't use.

Directions

I sliced a regular sized chicken breast into strips of about 2 oz.
Chicken Breast
Rolled in Whole Wheat Flour.
Sprinkled on Mrs. Dash seasoning.
Sauteed or fried in small, small amount of oilive oil, in non-stick skillett.
Till brown on all sides, till temp of 150 deg on inside, thickest part.
Low to medium heat
5 to 10 mins.
