Salmon Cassarole #47

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked whole wheat wide noodles
    7.5 oz can red salmon
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 clove garlic minced
    1/2 cup 2% Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup 2% milk
    1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon Worchestershire
    3 dashes Tobasco
    2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno (to taste)

Directions

Pre heat oven to 325 degrees
Mix all engredients except cheddar cheese in 1.5 qt cassarole.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake 20 min @325 deg.
Serve with lemon slices.
Makes 5 1cup servings.

    I made this and really liked it, but both me and my fiance agreed that this should be baked covered so it doesn't dry out so much.

    I used skim milk, skim mozzarella cheese, and 98% fat free cream of mushroom to make it so the fat content wasn't so high.
