SOOOO GOOD! I used sugar free fat free pudding mix and lite cool whip, as well as reduced sugar yellow cake mix. When I started to put the topping on the cake it seemed like there would be too much...but after tasting the cake with the topping on it, I dumped it all on! fluffy & DELICIOUS!! - 4/6/08

I made this at home then at work, it rrrrrrealy good. I think I might try usin half of the cool whip next, I found I had more topping than cake (still taste great). I might try making the topping with the oranges instead of the pineapple next time. - 3/12/08

  • This was extremely easy to put together - used a yellow reduced sugar cake mix to lessen the sugar, along with sugar free pudding and cool whip. Very, very good. Will try it with the orange rind next time but can't improve much on the original recipe, just mix it up a bit. - 4/24/09

  • Me and my daughter made it Sunday on my birthday.... it was delicious. I used 3 medium eggs instead of 4 egg whites, but the cake was yummy. My daughter got the cake out to put candles on it, and we probably should have waited for it to get colder. Will definitely make it again! - 4/21/09

I used to bake a cake very similar to this, so I know it's fantastic - tasting. Not very good for you, and I'm on a health binge right now. I'll try to substitute to get good nutrition from it. HFCS is a big culprit here. Oh - and I can't tolerate most chemicals in artificial sweeteners either. - 4/1/09
