Almost Chicken Parmesan
Number of Servings: 6
6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I used Market Day Chickn Steaks)
6 slices Sargento reduced sodium provolone cheese
1.5 tsp. ground oregano
1 jar Classico tomato basil spaghetti sauce (about 2 cups)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Place chicken breast pieces in baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Place cheese slices on top of each breast. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Top with parmesan cheese. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Place under broiler to brown cheese. Serve alone or with your choice of pasta.
