Chocolate-Cherry-Almond Drop Cookies

Introduction

These no bake cookies come from Cooking Light and they are perfect when you need a chocolate fix! These no bake cookies come from Cooking Light and they are perfect when you need a chocolate fix!
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 cup white chocolate chips
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 cups dried cherries
    1/3 cup slivered or sliced almonds
    1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions

Put semi-sweet and white chocolate chips in a large microwave safe glass bowl. Microwave chips 1 minute at a time, stirring after each minute until melted. Stir in vanilla, then stir in cherries, almonds and Rice Krispies.

Drop by well-rounded Tablespoons onto waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Chill for one hour. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 30 cookies - but you could make them smaller and have less calories of course!
