Introduction

These are SO tasty and a great alternative to beef! I topped mine with diced avocado and shredded cabbage and it was phenomenal! These are SO tasty and a great alternative to beef! I topped mine with diced avocado and shredded cabbage and it was phenomenal!

Ingredients

    2-3 portobella mushroom caps
    1 15oz can of black beans
    1 package of taco seasoning
    1 Tsp olive oil
    water


Directions

Dice mushrooms as fine or chunky as desired. Place in skillet over medium heat and add oil. Add drained and rinsed black beans. Saute for 5 minutes. Mix taco seasoning with 1/2 cup of hot water. Add to skillet and cook until water is gone. Serve on tortillas and garnish with desired toppings.

Serving Size: Makes 6 tacos
