Hamburger Veggie Soup (Rival Crock-pot Incredibly Easy Recipies

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
    1 package (10 oz) frozen seasoning-blend vegetables
    1 can (10.75 oz) tomato soup, undiluted
    1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes
    10.5 oz spicy vegetable juice
    salt & black pepper, to taste

Directions

Coat Crock-Pot slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Crumble beef before placing in bottom. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend. Cover; cook on High 4 hours. If necessary, break up large pieces of beef. Add salt and pepper before serving, if desired.
