MY Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup spinach
    1/4 cup reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    20 medium to small sized mushrooms

Directions

Lightly spray saucepan with PAM. Cook spianch until reduced; add soup and cheese. Remove from heat.

Remove stems from mushrooms. Stuff with spinach mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serves 4; 5 mushrooms per serving.
