Celery ~chopped fine
Olive Oil 2 tbs
3 Cups Plum tomatoes & juice, chopped
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground pork
1 tbs tomato paste
Dry red wine 1/2 cup
bay leaves 3
Add dry red wine, cook a few minutes, add tomato paste,
then add tomatoes, & bay leaves.
Simmer two hours.
Serving Size: Makes 10 servings of 1 cup
