Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Muffin:
    1 Cup Light Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    1.5 Cup Granulated Sugar (or Splenda)
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 All Purpose Flour (or Whole Wheat Flour)
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt

    Rolled in:
    2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar (or Splenda)
    2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon

    Icing:
    Honey Nut Cream Cheese (preferably low fat)
    1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
    1 Tbsp milk

Tips

Best when warm!


Directions

Blend all Muffin ingredients. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 8-10 min at 400 degrees. When done, let cool for 2-3 min. Then roll in blended sugar and cinnamon. Top with blended cream cheese, milk and powdered sugar
