    12 oz of Ground Beef
    Onion (as much as you want)
    Garlic (as much as you want)
    10 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    8 oz Rotel Zesty Tomato & Green Chili Sauce
    10 oz Cream of Mushroom

    Long Grain Brown Rice

Tips

I cook my brown rice at the start of the week so this meal only takes 20 min. if you dont already have it made it will take 55 min to make this meal.


Directions

Cook Brown Rice
While rice is cooking in a different pan...
Cook Ground Beef, add Onion and Garlic and then all other ingredients heat and serve over rice.
