Creamed Chicken with Dill

Ingredients

    1 tablespoon margarine
    1 tablespoon enriched all-purpose flour
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    4 ounces skinned, cooked chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 teaspoon dried dill weed
    4 oz. plain low fat yogurt
    2 oz. No Yolk broad noodles

Directions

In 1 quart saucepan heat margarine until bubbly. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in broth and return to heat. Stirring constantly, simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken and dill; simmer until chicken is heated. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in yogurt and heat.
