Chicken, Rice & Broccoli Casserole

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Jasmine Rice
    4 chicken breasts
    1 pckg frozen broccoli
    1 Tbsp Tony Chachere's Seasoning
    1 can ea of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken & Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/4 Cup Old London Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan

Directions

Lightly season chicken & cook in skillet. Cut into bite size chunks.
Cook rice according to package directions.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.
Mix chicken, rice, broccoli, tony's & both soups in a 3qt casserole dish. Cook uncovered about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs & parmesan on top and bake an additional 5 -10 mins or until topping begins to brown.

**for lower sodium eliminate Tony's. Reduces by 465mg**
