Basic Lunch Salad

Introduction

This is my basic lunch salad, not including dressing and optional 1/4 cup cheese. This is my basic lunch salad, not including dressing and optional 1/4 cup cheese.

Ingredients

    6 leaves of romaine lettuce, chopped
    7 leaves of red leaf lettuce, torn
    1 cup of raw sliced carrot
    1 cup of diced bell pepper (green, red or yellow)
    1 cup of sliced cucumber (about half of a regular cucumber)
    2 cooked and chopped chicken breasts

Tips

Store lettuce with paper towels, it will last longer.


Directions

Toss it, add dressing and optional other toppings and enjoy.
