4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
8 cups water
8 tsp chicken bouillon
1 onion chopped
3 large carrots chopped
4 large stalks celery chopped
1/2-1tsp thyme (personal preference)
Optional- 1/2c heavy cream
1c rice or noodles
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add water, bouillon, thyme &'chicken thighs. Boil for 35-45 mins. 20 mins into cooking add pasta or rice if you want them.
If adding cream, do so once the soup is removed from the heat.
