I'm trying to make a least one new recipe a week. Yesterday I made this and OMG, it's soooo good. I'd never made quiche before and would have never have believed it would have been so easy and so delicious. - 4/26/07

This was a good and easy supper dish. I did add chopped spinach to up the Vitamin C and Potassium content. Buying a high quality salmon is crucial to have the texture turn out well. I'm going to try it with Jack Mackeral next week. - 2/17/09

Yum! We loved this, although I did put it in a crust, which didn't add too many calories. Thanks!
I made it again this evening, adding spinach, nutmeg, and salt & pepper. - 3/18/08

I did not like this. I thought it was very runny and had too much of a fish flavor and not enough other flavor. We added nutmeg, red pepper flakes, and pepper. It was stil did not turn out well. I think it would be better with a milder fish or some shirmp and crab. - 1/28/08

Made this for the kids who love fish, I hate it, but they both thought it was great, it was very easy to make. Will be something nice for when having company. I made them in muffin tins so they were little individual quiche. - 3/15/07

It's a nice alternative for salmon. I added frozen spinach, slightly thawed. That made it runny, and it had to cook longer. Thaw and drain excess water if you add spinach. I also think it would be better with red salmon instead of the pink I had on hand. We LIKE the salmon flavor. - 2/21/09

  • Very good - I added some fresh chopped spinach and made mine in muffin tins - had more filling than egg mixture, so I had to add some and poured it in a mini loaf, so I got about 7 servings. Along side a salad, nice dinner! - 1/21/13

  • Awesome! My family of 4 devoured it and wished for more (mind you I have 3 boys, so next time I'll make 2). I did add a whole wheat crust, but I think it would have been great either way. Thanks for the recipe - this is going in our family favorites! - 7/12/12

  • This was a really good recipe but next time I'm using a cake pan instead of a pie pan cause it was very hard to get it into the oven without spilling everywhere! I also used 2% cheese instead of full fat. I'd definitely make this again though! - 8/8/11

  • Thanks for this recipe - the whole family LOVED it!! I used 1 14.75 oz. can salmon, added 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, parsley, subbed sharp cheddar for the low fat cheddar, omitted the hot sauce for the kids, and wallah - amazing. May now be our fav. salmon recipe-this is saying a lot. THANKS! - 5/7/11
