Ingredients

    4 cups cubed turnips
    2 cups sliced carrots
    1 tbsp Brummel & Brown Yogurt Spread
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Boil turnips and carrots until tender. Drain. Mash and season with yogurt spread. Salt and pepper to taste.

Makes approximately 1 1/2-cup servings.
