Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    242 gr 8.5 oz carrots, diced
    181 gr 6.4 oz celery, diced
    400 gr 14.25 oz onion, diced
    424 gr 15 oz broccoli stems, diced
    2 cup black mushrooms, hydrated, diced
    1 cup portabella mushrooms, diced
    5 low sodium chicken bullion cubes
    276 gr 9.8 oz 4 cup green cabbage, knife shredded
    1/4 tsp chili/cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    220 gr 7.8 oz chicken (stripped white meat from bones)
    4 oz Ban Pho Rice Stick Noodles
    1 T olive oil

Directions

1) Saute onions in heated olive oil

2) Add carrots, celery, broccoli and saute 5-10 minutes

3) add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes
