Introduction

Gluten free, wheat free, grain free flat bread Gluten free, wheat free, grain free flat bread
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 Tbl ground Flax seed (meal or flour)
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1 pinch salt
    1 Tbl oil (EVOO or Coconut)
    1 Tbl water

Tips

Use small spatula to gently remove from pie plate if necessary.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Stir in oil.
Beat in Egg and water.
Pour onto greased 9 in pie plate.
Microwave 3 minutes.
OR bake 350 deg F 12-15 min.
Remove, let cool 5 min.

Serving Size: 1 9 inch flat bread
