Beefy Skillet Pasta

Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground round
    1 c pasta sauce
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1.5 c hot cooked rotini (about 3 oz uncooked pasta)
    1/2 c shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

Cook beef in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and return beef to the pan.

Add pasta sauce, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pasta; cook 2 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; cook 1 minute or until cheese melts.

Yields 2 servings of about 1 1/3 cups.
