Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 package Indiana Harvest Sausage Lentil soup mix
    1 onion, chopped
    30 baby carrots, chopped
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1lb (6 sausages) Italian Chicken Sausage, chopped
    8 cups Pacific foods low sodium chicken broth
    2 cups Pacific foods vegetable broth
    2 cups water

Directions

Saute chopped onion and chopped sausages in olive oil, add chopped baby carrots. SautÚ a coupe of minutes. Add all the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then turn down to a low simmer until lentils are soft.

Serving Size:áMake 10 hearty bowls
