Easy NO COOK Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients

1 small package of Jello Sugar Free/Fat Free Vanilla pudding mix. (instant)
1 1/2 C. skim milk (soy milk will not set!)
1/2 can of pure pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling!)
1/2 tsp. molasses
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions
Blend pumpkin, spice and molasses in small bowl and set aside.
Whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened. (will still be soft)
Add pumpkin mix and mix well.
Divide into 5 dishes and cover. Chill to set. (about 1 hr.)
Serving Size: makes 5 servings about 2/3 Cups each
