Pesto is SO easy to make (when you have a food processor) and tastes so amazing, I have no idea why I haven't tried it before. You don't need basil & pinenuts - any green and nut combo will work! Ingredients

4 cups baby spinach
4 cups baby kale mix
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic
Tips
Directions
Put garlic, cheese, and walnuts in the bottom of a food processor. Put in 4 cups of one type of green. Start food processor and slowly pour in oil. Add second batch of greens. Keep processing & adding oil. More greens won't affect the calorie counts of this recipe significantly, so go ahead and make it as green as you want! It's such a beautiful, vibrant colour and smells so delicious, you'll want to eat it immediately!
