Katt's Turkey Lasagna

Ingredients

    1.5 lb ground turkey
    1 c. diced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. grated carrot
    2 jars Pasta sauce (60 cal / 1/2 c.), 3 cups
    2 c. cottage cheese
    8 oz shredded Mozzarella
    8 oz Shredded mozzarella
    12 catelli express oven ready lasagna noodles

Tips

can easily be cut down to 12 smaller portions


Directions

in non stick skillet, brown turkey with veggies.
spray 8 x 12 casserole dish
pour 1 c. of sauce from jar in bottom of dish.
Mix remaining pasta sauce into meat mixture.
mix 1st 8 oz of cheese with cottage cheese.
place 3 noodles in dish, and layer sauce, noodles, 1/2 cheese mix, sauce, noodles, 1/2 cheese, sauce, noodles, remaining sauce.
top with reserved 8 oz of shredded cheese.

bake at 350*F for 40-45 min.
