Chicken Stufed with Spinach

Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breast, Cutlets
    1 Scallion,large
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 slices Canadian Bacon cut crossways 1/4 inch strips,
    2 red wine vinegar
    2 tsp margarine

Directions

combine the spinach, scallion. parmesan.
Cook the candian bacon until browned and transfer the strips the the bowl with spinach mixture.

Take the cutlets and spread spinach on the cutlets fold in half press to close. Heat the pan till hot. Then add chicken cook till cooked through.

Remove chicken then add vinegar and margrine to bowl. Swirl in margine till melted. Sppn sauce over chicken and serve warm
