My Rye Bread

Number of Servings: 10


    2/3 C water
    2 t butter softened/melted
    1 1/2 C bread flour
    1/2 C Rye flour
    1 T Sugar in the Raw
    1 t Salt
    1/8 t Caraway seed
    1 1/2 t Yeast


Put all ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed. Set on "White" bread, dough only. After the machine is done, place the dough in a warm space (or oven on low) for 30 minutes, then bake for 20 minutes @ 400 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 slices
