Introduction

Looked around the kitchen what I could use! Very tasty with peanutbutter!
This first loaf fell and was a bit mushy inside, so I started a second one, added 1 tsp extra yeast (already added to ingredient list) and put the breadmaker through the fast program.

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup soy milk
    3/4 cup egg whites - or use whole eggs
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/4 coconut oil
    3 tsp fast acting yeast
    1/2 cup flaxmeal
    1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup white flour
    1 cup durum atta flour
    1 cup cracked wheat
    1 cup amaranth puffs

Directions

Put all liquid ingredients in breadmaker, add dry ingredients, start breadmaker and let it do the work!

Serving Size: makes 12 slices to be cut in half
