Ingredients

    1 pkt Tean's Curry Laksa Paste
    1/2 can Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk
    136 gms Puff Tofu Small
    16 oz Lo Mein Noodle
    3 cups Bean Sprouts
    8 oz Chicken Thighs
    3 Large Hard Boil Eggs
    4 cup Green Beans
    6 gms Fresh Mint

Directions

Mix Tean's Curry Laksa Paste in 1500ml boiling water.
Add coconut milk and puff tofu. Bring to a quick boil and switch to low fire.
Blench fresh yellow noodle and bean sprouts, divide into 6 portions and put them in 6 big bowls. Add slices of cooked chicken, green beans and/or fish balls, hard boiled eggs and some mint leaves for garnishing on each bowl.
Pour hot curry laksa soup into the bowl of noodle and serve hot.
