Ingredients

    2 small avocados
    6 oz tyson fajita chicken strips
    2 small onions
    1 cup slivered carrots
    .5 cup green pepper
    1 can of chick peas/garbanzo beans
    Chili Powder
    Garlic Powder
    Cayenne Pepper
    Black Pepper
    Paprika
    Salt

Tips

Eat by itself, over brown rice, or in tortilla shells.


Directions

warm the pre-cooked chicken in a pan
add onions, green pepper and carrots
add garbanzo beans/peas
Stir fry with seasonings
