Cream Cheese Frosting

Introduction

Already on SparkRecipes, but separated the frosting since that's all I used Already on SparkRecipes, but separated the frosting since that's all I used
Number of Servings: 27

Ingredients

    12 oz Whipped Cream Cheese (at room temp)
    6 TBsp. unsalted butter (at room temp)
    2 Cups Confecioners' sugar, sifted
    1.5 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions

Mix butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Add sugar. Spread over cake.

Notes: The butter really has to be soft or it will clog the beaters.
Makes enough to frost a 2-layer cake, but too much for a 9x13 cake left in the pan.

Makes 27 servings (18 pcs of a 9x13 cake, plus 1/3 left over)
