Hamburger Soup

Introduction

Nice when you are feeling less than perfect. Nice when you are feeling less than perfect.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cups of 99% fat free beef flavored broth
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    1 lb 90% lean ground beef, browned & drained
    1/2 cup of quick barley
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained

Directions

Bring the broth to a boil. Brown the ground beef. Drain the fat off and add it to the soup. I add Savory Seasoning and some burger seasoning to the ground beef while I am browning it. Add the chopped onion. Drain the canned vegetables and add them to to soup. Then add the barley. Bring to a boil. Reduce and let simmer for an hour.

Serving Size: 1 Cup
