Bean Burgers

Introduction

Great substitute for hamburgers. Pair with roast spinach and walnut salad. Great substitute for hamburgers. Pair with roast spinach and walnut salad.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans, drained and mashed
    1/2 C. Oatmeal
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. cayenne
    pepper, to taste

    Mix and form into burger patties.

Tips

Feel free to substitute and mix and match any and all of the ingredients with different spices/seasonings, beans, cheeses, etc.


Directions

Cook in frying pan over mediun heat till crunchy on each side (approx. 10 to 15min). Then spinkle cheese over top.
