    Thomas' Hearty Grains Whole Wheat English Muffin, 1 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Avocados, Florida, .25 fruit without skin
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 slice, medium 1/4" thick
    Olive oil, 2 tsps

    Little pepper to taste


Cook egg, toast muffin, sprinkle olive oil on english muffin and add other ingredients
