Desperately wanting "breakfast" chocolate with real substance, but without artificial/ chemical sweeteners, refined & high-calorie sugars or syrups , refined white flour, or loads of coconut oil and butter.The butter is included for nutritional calculation only because grains we used were cooked with butter :)

Ingredients

6 TBSP. Cocoa - Hershey's Natural Unsweetened, 6 tbsp (
1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original.
1 (5.3) single-serve container nonfat Greek yogurt.
2 cups of cooked Grains (good use of left-overs!)
(Ours mix would be Kasha 2/3 cup &
Hard-red winter wheat berries, 1 1/3 cup)
1 cup liquid Egg Whites
1 1/2 tsp. liquid Sweet Leaf stevia - yes that IS a LOT!
1/2 tsp. pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp. pure Almond Extract
Tips
Our quart of grains was originally cooked with 2 Tbsp. butter; there is NOT additional butter added to the concoction. So omit the butter to bring the total fat from 2.6 grams/ serving to 1.2 grams/ serving and eliminate all the cholesterol.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Over medium heat, combine the cocoa and almond breeze in oven-proof straight sided skillet, stirring well until cocoa is dissolved and mixture is bubbling slowly. Stir in flavorings/ sweeteners. Stir in yogurt
-- do not let this boil! GENTLY Add cooked grains and Turn off heat. Add egg whites, combine well.
Bake at 350 degrees about 15-35 minutes, until set.
Serving Size: About 8 half-cup servings
