Ingredients

    egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
    *Egg White - Abbotsford Farms, 100% Liquid, Cage Free, 1.0 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Broccoli Slaw, 4 oz (remove)
    *Private Selection Smoked Coho Salmon, 4 oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)

Directions

Saute celery, onions, and broccoli slow in olive oil, adding mushrooms and liquid, until softened - in large ovenproof skillet. Stir in crumbled cheese and flaked salmon. Mix eggs, egg whites, and milk; pour over vegetables/ salmon/ cheese mixture. Bake at 350 about 35-45 minutes, or until well set but not dry.
