Introduction

Delicious Muffins! Delicious Muffins!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 cup Flax Seed
    1 1/2 cups All-Bran Cereal, crushed
    1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1 T Cinnamon
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1 tsp Allspice
    3/4 cups Skim Milk
    1/2 cup Egg Substitute
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 T Unsweetened Applesauce
    3 Large Carrots, finely shredded
    1 Apple, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients

Spray muffin tray with non-stick cooking spray

Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups

Bake for 15-20 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 18 muffins
