Ingredients

    1 cup Milk, Nonfat
    1 cup Yogurt, Plain, Nonfat
    1 Banana, Medium
    1 cup Berries, Frozen (or 3/4 cup thawed)
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 packet Nutrasweet Equal
    1 cup Ice Cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
