1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1 lg. Red Pepper cut into strips
1 Lg. Onion cut into strips
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbs. low sodium soy sauce
add peppers and onions, heat for 5 mins on medium heat
add ground turkey, cook until cooked through.
add soy sauce and mix well.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
