Ingredients

    2 pounds chicken with bones
    12 cups broth
    7 carrots cut up
    2 cups celery cut up
    2 cups onion cup up
    5 sprigs shredded thyme
    2 tbs. garlic
    1 tbs black pepper

Cook chicken in broth with vegtables, garlic, thyme, and spices for 1 hour. Simmer 2 hours.
