4 lb Pork Loin Roast 8 oz Diet Cola 1.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend 1 cup (8 oz) Cookies Bar "B" "Q" Sauce Country Blend
Cut roast in half; place in a 5 qt slow cooker. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Cover and cook on low for 4 hrs or until meat is tender. Remove meat; skim fat from cooking juices. Shred meat with a fork and return to the slow cooker. Combine barbecue sauce and cola; pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hrs or until sauce is thickened. Serve on rolls.
