Ingredients

    CRUST:
    1/3 C Oats (for lighter crust - grind to flour)
    1/3 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1/3 C Wheat germ, crude
    1/4 C Move Over Butter
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2-3 Tb Water

    FILLING:
    12oz Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm
    2/3 C EdenSoy Extra Original Soymilk
    1/2 C Carob Chips - Malt Sweetened
    6 ea Dates, pitted
    2 T Cornstarch

    TOPPING:
    1/2 C Coconut, shredded - UNSWEETENED
    1/2 C Almonds, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350'

Mix together ingredients for CRUST.
Press into bottom of 8x8 baking pan.
(for crispier crust - bake 350' for 10 minutes prior to filling)

VITAMIX Filling ingredients until smooth.
Poor over crust.

TOP with topping - press down into filling to keep from falling off.

Bake 350" 25-30 minutes.


Great dessert.

Fantastic for breakfast (2 servings post workout) with milk, cocoa, or postum.
