Introduction

My mother-in-law's meatloaf recipe. My mother-in-law's meatloaf recipe.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb 93% lean ground beef (or less)
    0.5 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    0.25 cup nonfat milk
    1 clove of garlic, minced
    1 packet Lipton beefy onion soup
    Giorgio (small can) mushroom stems and pieces

Directions

Add all ingredients, mix well. Add to greased loaf pan. Cook at 375 for 20 minutes. Pour any grease out halfway through cooking and continue until no longer pink about 30 - 35 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 slices
