    2 cups of chopped collards
    1 red potato chopped into cubes
    2 slices of turkey bacon diced
    .8 of T of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    water

I would really measure the water by eye so this is a rough estimate of how much.

Directions

boil the potatoes for 5 min. Drain water.
Add collards and bacon and olive oil. cover with about 2 cups of water, a little more than enough to cover them. Add spices like, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and a dash of cayenne pepper and DONE!
